@callumgriffiths1 Netbooks are marketed as a small laptop to view the web, instant message chat, etc. That is what Apple is trying to do with their iPad.
I just ordered the same IPAD is there a password lock on it
@MobileTechReview is there a gps app? if not, will it work with other app store gps apps?
Lmao at the floating chair
@callumgriffiths1 Apple promotes it as a personal entertainment and Internet device, not really competing with the netbooks.
How usable is it as a netbook grade product which what i need and what apple seams to be promoting it as?
Sound translation: they start out in a to save the life of the united states on the first scream. xD
A giant iPod touch that I have no need for.
@smittysays100 What a waste another set of Apple headphones would be…
There is street view, you drop a pin and a person in orange should appear just left to the street name.
Why did they space out the icons so much? What a waste of screen space. The same icon count as an iphone on a device 5 times larger makes no sense. And how about a friggin pair of headphones included for goodness sake.
Hi! I have one question – Do you need wi-fi to determinate your position in gps?
@Himynamesray no and they never will
can it play flash yet?
you can streetview? loads of vids on it? clearly a in depth review eh?
shes bad at clicking things
@MobileTechReview It determines your location by triangulating your location with wifi signals, not with a GPS. and at about 8 minutes, you say that it doesn’t have street view. that is incorrect, you just need to drop a pin or search for a location than click on a pin and to the left is a little orange icon. That’s street view
needs usb port
You absolutely can side load books. Review should be corrected.
I can hear someone snoring in the background
@GreenRuler47
the 2nd Gen iPad should be around in 2011 as I heard from rumors and it should be 7 inches too.
Thanks.
when they release the 2nd gen for this, they should add a printer into the ipad so that way i can do all my essays in school
@MobileTechReview then, the only difference between wifi and wifi+3g is that the last one can easilly locate you through AGPS and that it supports also a sim card?
Thanks
