A review of two NuVue screen protectors from Other World Computing. The first product is a privacy protector giving users some privacy from nearby onlookers and the second is a clear screen protector. Video also has some installation tips. eshop.macsales.com Note: Other World Computing is a paid advertiser on Insanely Great Mac

i think the protectors may affect the tuch screen.
Any time you do a screen protector review it’s important to see how the clarity of the display is affected and that is best shown with text not pictures.
@SciTech09 That dusk is pretty easy to get out. Go way back into my past videos and look for fixing screen protectors w/ tape. Just take a little patience and it will be perfect.
Unfortunately, I regret purchasing this screen protector. As you noted in your review, I ended up with numerous small pieces of dust leaving really small bubbles on my screen. After seeing some reviews of the iPad showing how really scratch resistant the screen is, I removed the screen protector. I will never buy another one again. Anyway, thanks for the review.
@Lengi123 yes 6
U can have six icons on the dock?
Great install. Thanks.
This is a very well done video for sure. BUT, the NuVue Privacy Protector was not used correctly as noted on sites/packaging: As the iPad is most commonly orientated vertically for email and web browsing and horizontally for sharing photos and videos, the privacy screen works when iPad is used in the vertical position only. Thus that could explain why Mike felt the display wasn’t clear. I’d suggest viewers/readers try it for themselves and see if it meets their needs. Thanks! OWC Grant
@MrDoubled50 not considering zagg?
@yourtechreviewz It’s not that bad. With my tips you can get 95% perfect and fix any issues pretty easy using the tape method.
@MrDoubled50 Yeah, just not a fan of the liquid applications… Makes me nervous.
@MrDoubled50 bodyguardz for sure.
installation looks hard, already have issues with the iPhone 3G screen protectors! lol
I’m SO happy I’m not OCD about screen protectors… I’ve had the same one on my iPhone for almost a year; it doesn’t look perfect, but I’ve no scratches… Gotta keep this sucker tiptop for re-sell when iPhone 4 comes out…
Nice video man
