The case may be fine and but it took entirely too long to receive it. So the one star is for Amazon.com. I have bought several products from Amazon in the past with no issues until I purchased the Otter Defender Case. I bought it online on January 9th and still did NOT have the product on January 20th. I called Amazon Customer Service and all they could tell me was that it shipped on January 13 and would probably be delivered on January 22th. That is almost 2 weeks after I bought it!! The CS rep could not explain the snail pace delivery of the product, she could only apologize. That is not acceptable for an item that is in stock. If the item is not available Amazom should notifiy the customer of the delay but that was not the case in my situation. I will seriously consider my next purchase from Amazon.

The product did not work as promised…it did not fit my iPhone 3G, so had to return it back. Amazon was prompt in returning the refund..

I never received this item from the seller after getting a shipment email. I waited a week for it to come in the mail, then got an email from the seller that it was out of stock! Had the get Amazon to give me a refund.

I have to say that it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. When I actually got the product the clip was so I haven’t actually been able to use the product the way it was meant to be used. The actual case for the phone is ok. Best buy just started carrying the otter box so I was just going to re buy it and hope for the best. Very disappoint in the condition of the product when it was delivered,
